We are currently not taking any room bookings as our White Rose Lane premises are undergoing a major redevelopment until Autumn 2010. Feel free to check back then when our new and improved facilities will be available for hire!
Main Hall
Very large room capable of being easily subdivided would seat comfortably 100 plus at tables or upto 200 theatre style. The modern kitchen is accessed off this room and can act as a servery to it. The folding tables (3 sizes including a low children style one) are easily erected and they and chairs are kept in the store off the hall. The stage is not included in the hire of the room.
Kitchen
Modern kitchen with servery. The use of this facility attracts an additional charge.
Lounge
A comfortable room (8m x 8m) capable of seating up to 40 people theatre style or suitable for smaller meetings boardroom style. It has televsion, flip chart and video facilities.
Sanctuary
Fixed seating for upto 256 with the use of a piano and organ available on request.
Charges
A minimum of two hours rental is required with each subsequent hour charged at the hourly rate
The hourly rate for either the Hall or Sanctuary is £13.00
The hourly rate for the Lounge is £10.00
Use of the kitchen can be included for an additional £5.00 which covers the entire hire period
