Holiday Fun Club
Our popular Holiday Fun Clubs run in the Easter Holidays and October Half Term. Three affordable and fun packed mornings with a focus on bible teachings for children in primary school (foundation-year 6)
This October The Clubhouse is open for fun, crafts, cooking, music and games, and all are welcome! Come inside and find out all about how Jesus gave an example of welcoming everyone. Children and adults, rich and poor, sick and well, every race and every face. We may wonder if we fit in, but all are welcome. We all have different abilities, and all are welcome. We come from different backgrounds, and all are welcome. We all have doubts and questions, and we are all welcome.
This event will run on Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th October from 9:15am-12:30pm.
We aim to be inclusive of those of all faiths and none and all abilities and needs. If there is anything you want to discuss ahead of booking or any way we can support you/your children in attending Holiday Fun Club please contact us.
About the day
Doors open at 9:15 for registration and an introductory activity.
We then join together in the sanctuary to warm up for the day and hear the stories for the first time.
We will then split into groups once more and explore the stories and themes through our activities and hopefully come away with something to think about. There is also time for a mid-morning snack.
At 12 we meet back together in the sanctuary to recap and reflect on what we have experienced and sing some songs.
Parents and carers coming to collect their children are encouraged to join us for this closing worship time.
Then it's home time. Your children will be given a bag to bring home anything they have made.
